Fields of application

Exterior Coating is a high-tech 1-component coating for lacquered metal surfaces. The product has good chemical resistance and good scratch and wear resistance. The product has high weather resistance together with “easy to clean ”features, which reduce maintenance costs. Use Exterior Coating to restore the finish of worn and dull surfaces. Exterior Coating meets requirements for permanent Graffiti protection, making it the natural choice for protecting property for transport and infrastructure. Ink and spray are easily removed several times without affecting the surface.

Application instructions

NOTE! The product must not be exposed to frost. It is most important that the underlying surface is perfectly clean and free of grease and contaminants. To obtain flawless adhesion requires a pre-treatment of the surfaces with Pre-Cleaner and or activator in combination with a fine-grained hand sponge, for example Scotch Brite White. Rinse the surface with plenty of water after application with Pre-Cleaner. Apply preferably Exterior Coating with a microfiber applicator. Apply a thin layer of approx. 5 μm (micrometers). NOTE! It is very important to make sure that the material to be treated is not wet or damp. The temperature around must be at least + 5 °C when the product is applied to the surface. The product is very sensitive to moisture and the film formation can be affected by humidity and low temperatures. Application takes place according to separate product instructions. Coverage: 125-150 m2/L.

Dust dry: approx. 20 min. (+20 C)
Dry on the surface: approx. 2 hours (+20 C)
Cured: approx. 12 hours (+20 C)

Use concentrated. Do not dilute.
